Practical Emergency First Aid at Work training

A six-hour course plus a one-hour break for 1–12 learners, delivered at your premises or chosen venue, with VTQ and regulated RQF routes available at the same fixed group price.

Vocational qualification

Emergency First Aid at Work Level 3 (VTQ)

Suitable for most organisations where a regulated award is not specifically required.

Individual CPR practice

One CPR manikin per learner, allowing each person to practise without waiting or sharing during CPR activities.

Defibrillator training

AED trainers representing manufacturers including Philips, iPAD, ZOLL and Cardiac Science.

Choking practice

Stand-up choking manikins help learners practise back blows and abdominal thrusts safely.

Assessment and certification

Practical and knowledge assessment, three-year digital certification and a digital course manual.

Digital dashboards

Learners can access certificates and materials; organisers can monitor learners and renewal dates.

Flexible delivery

Weekday or weekend delivery and suitable start times arranged around the customer’s working day.

Venue requirements

Training at your premises or chosen venue

A suitable room, working power sockets, welfare facilities and space for practical activities are required.

  • Training can often be split across more than one suitable room
  • Protective flooring can be discussed where required
  • The instructor normally arrives 60 minutes before the course
  • Parking near the entrance is helpful for unloading equipment
  • Venue hire can be sourced by agreement; hire costs are payable by the host customer
