Where are your offices and do you have parking ?
We are administratively located at Marlborough House, 68 High Street, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 8BL.
Training is not conducted at these premises.
You may notice Waitrose, that’s correct.
We operate from the private offices located on the first floor and above. The main entrance is on the far right-hand side of the Waitrose building, directly beneath number 68.
The building does not have private parking, parking can be at Waitrose or Morrisons for no longer than 90 minutes. Morrisons does provide payable parking after this time.

What areas do you cover ?
Should we operate a shared course the premise address will be alongside the course.
Regrettably the cost for hall hire is extremely expensive and makes the charge for courses excessively high.
Primarily courses are run at the organisations address duringt he week or at the weekend.

Yes.

Do your assessed courses meet Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 ?
Yes. Our assessed courses are compliant with Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981

Will there be a test on the assessed courses ?
Yes. There is continual observation, a multiple choice assessment test on an internet enabled device and practical assessments.

How many students could be on a course ?
Courses are operated 1 instructor to 12 learners as a maximum. Minimum courses can be with 1 learner.

What type of payment methods do you accept?
Preferrably by bank transfer with the details on the issued invoice. Otherwise payment by card can be arranged.

When do I pay for the course ?
Once we have received your course booking we will forward an invoice which will include payment details. Payment of the invoice secures your place on the course and not the course booking.
It is essential to pay the invoice as this secures your place(s) on the course.
Where the invoice is forwarded and not paid it is possible to loose seats on the course date.

What is the difference between an on site course and open course?
On site or closed courses is where we attend a business, school or home and undertake a training course specifically for that group.
Open courses are courses that are advertised on a certain day, time and at a location and are open to all.

What do I need to wear and do I bring to your course ?
Wear clothing appropriate for kneeling, kneeling forward, laying down, sitting and standing. Please do not wear short skirts or loose tops.

Do I need to bring photo identification ?
Yes. This is for certification purposes only. Identification could be your passport, residence permit, driving licence, company identity, provisional licence, student card. These are examples and the list is not exhaustive.

Tell me more about on-site courses ?
On site courses are literally courses held at your premises.
There are conditions for courses being held at your premises. Some of the criteria ranges from adequate space for practical training for the students and trainer, noise and interruption level must be minimum and access to toilets and welfare facilities will be needed.
On site courses work on a different pricing structure than open courses and can be scheduled with a minimum of 2 students.
