Topics include knowing when and how to call emergency and non-emergency services, what key information to provide, recognising and responding to choking, life threatening bleeding, and unresponsiveness, as well as an introduction to the recovery position, CPR and using a defibrillator.

We also cover how to stay calm, assess the scene, and give your location clearl, vital skills that empower young people to take action safely and confidently in real-life situations. A short break is included to keep the session interactive and accessible.
