Experience built on standards
The company held independently assessed approvals and memberships, including the SIA Approved Contractor Scheme, SafeContractor for Health and Safety, and British Standards connected to security services.
As Head of Compliance, I was responsible for understanding codes of practice, implementing their requirements and keeping the business audit ready.
As lead host for face to face audits, I took pride in ensuring the company approached each assessment with confidence, with the necessary standards, records and controls in place.
